Dear house in Piru,
I really like your location, 15 miles away from Valencia. I like how little the town of Piru is. I like how the town is close to a lake. I like that you have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the perfect size for a starter house. I like that you were built in 1996, so you're not so old that everything is falling apart. I like that we'd be able to have our own place again. I like that you're only $180,000 obo. I like that monthly payments would be less than $1000. I don't like that I don't have the 20% necessary for a down payment. That makes me sad.
