When I was pregnant with Cali, I threw up so much that my #18 molar (bottom, left, back) disintegrated. Since I was still pregnant, the dentist just filled it temporarily.
Later, when Cali was about a year old, I got a root canal and then the dentist filled it (I couldn't afford the $1000 crown). Apparently this filling fell through and the tooth got infected.
$220 later, my tooth is gone.
On the plus side, I'm down to 211.8 lbs! :)

That is really gross. Grate job on your weight. Just don't make cream cheese frosting cinnamon rolls for a while =) Love you.
