"Wedding Cake" cupcakes
(Made with a cake mix because I'm lazy)
Preheat oven to 325*
1 box white cake mix
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup water
2 Tbs oil
1 tsp vanilla
Beat everything together, then add
1 cup sour cream
4 egg whites
Beat together (I use a hand mixer because I don't have a kitchen aid)
Bake for 18 minutes, makes 36 cupcakes
I've used this recipe to make an actual cake but it didn't turn out for some weird reason. So it's best to just stick to cupcakes.
